Each parent can feel free to contact the administrator or a child care staff member when assistance is needed with problems and/or concerns related to our program. Concerns can be briefly addressed on a daily basis with the teacher when you are dropping off or picking up your child. However, please remember that the teacher is responsible for all the children in her class and cannot speak for very long. If the concern is of a serious nature, a telephone conference or special appointment is advised. Parents may come in and observe, please call the school to arrange the time. Conferences are scheduled with parents of Toddlers once a year and with parents of Preschool and Kindergarten age children twice a year, to go over progress and /or to speak on specific problems. Parents are encouraged to make suggestions that might help the school better server the individual child. Many materials used by the children are hand made. Any parent wishing to participate in the making of materials may do so by contacting the office.
